How We Service Our Carriers
Personal Dispatcher
After the dispatch agreement is signed and we receive all your carrier info, we schedule a on boarding call with the Dispatch Manager. This on boarding call will introduce you to our dispatch processes, re-verify your requirements and assign you a dedicated personal dispatcher for daily support. The dedicated personal dispatcher will be your point of contact every day.
Shipper & Broker Communication
We will handle phone and written communication to the shipper and broker in regard to carrier packet setups, load status updates, change of plans, any additional paperwork on the carrier behalf, etc.
Book keeping
We do not ask for tasks involving company sensitive information, but we can handle your invoicing, load factoring, record keeping, carrier on boarding and data entry at a fraction of the time and cost in house.
Freight Rate Negotiations
Our dispatchers are expert negotiators and handle negotiating the load freight rate with brokers and shippers on your behalf. Additionally, we handle detention requests, TONU (Truck Order Not Used) and layover request for rescheduled loads.
Full Transparency
We work on your behalf and all rate confirmations are booked under your name creating full transparency and worry-free operations. Load payments go directly to you and then we invoice you for our service.
